Three Paths to Radiant Skin

Treatment 01
PicoWay® Resolve
Fractional laser for pigmentation, fine lines & deeper scars
Choose PicoWay® Resolve when pigmentation correction is your primary goal, or when you want faster, more dramatic results with fewer sessions. Ideal for deeper scars and stubborn dark spots.

Treatment 02
Light & Bright
IPL + fractional laser for redness, wrinkles, sun damage & overall glow
Choose Light & Bright when your concern is diffuse redness, sun damage, fine lines, or skin texture — or when you want a full-face refresh with minimal downtime. The combination of SWT IPL and Frax 1550™ fractional laser targets both superficial damage and deeper collagen for comprehensive skin renewal.

Treatment 03
Exceed™ Medical Microneedling
Collagen induction for texture, scars & skin renewal
Choose Exceed™ when your primary concern is textural scarring, skin laxity, or overall renewal — especially if you prefer a lower per-session cost or have a higher risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

5 Things to Know Before Your First Skin Rejuvenation Treatment
- 1
A consultation is the starting point.
Every skin rejuvenation plan at 86 INK begins with a thorough consultation. Leisha will assess your skin type, Fitzpatrick classification, active concerns, and goals before recommending a treatment or series. There is no one-size-fits-all protocol.
- 2
Results build over time.
Collagen remodeling is a gradual process. While some patients notice improvement after the first session, optimal results typically appear over 3–6 months as new collagen and elastin mature. A series of treatments is recommended for best outcomes.
- 3
Sun protection is required.
Daily broad-spectrum SPF 30+ is essential before and after any skin rejuvenation treatment. UV exposure can compromise results, increase downtime, and raise the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation — especially in the weeks immediately following treatment.
- 4
Skin tone matters for treatment selection.
Fitzpatrick skin type influences which treatments are safest and most effective. Exceed™ Microneedling is safe for all skin tones. PicoWay® Resolve is safer for medium to darker tones than IPL or ablative lasers. Your provider will select and adjust treatment parameters based on your individual skin assessment.
- 5
Medical-grade treatments require a medical provider.
The treatments offered at 86 INK are medical-grade procedures performed by a licensed FNP-C. This is not a spa setting. The level of device energy, topical anesthesia, and clinical oversight available at 86 INK is not available at non-medical aesthetic practices.
